I’m someone who’s always pushing myself to grow, whether it’s through personal fitness, developing my mind through reading and learning, or setting new goals. I constantly seek and embrace challenges as a means of bettering myself and elevating who I am. To me, growth isn’t just a linear upward trajectory that can be chalked up to a faster ran mile, or heavier weights lifted, or more words in my vocabulary, rather, it is a process of deep reflection—understanding who I am, challenging my past and personal beliefs, how i got here, why I am this way, and how I might be able to improve in every aspect of life. From this deep reflection stems the changes that allow me to reach the more tangible and measurable goals I set for myself. Moreover, this relentless drive for self-improvement and personal growth powers my professional pursuits just as strongly.

Unsurprisingly, I invest as much energy in my personal endeavors as I do in my work. I live by the mantra, ‘what’s work without a little play?’ I find joy in the effort. In everything I do, I believe there’s a balance between fun and purpose, and that mindset shapes my approach to both life and work.
