Please read these Terms carefully before using Roll Call. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms. 1.Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property related to Roll Call, including the app design, code, and any materials provided through the App, are owned by or licensed to us. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content or features of the App without prior written permission from Roll Call. Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in termination of your account and legal action.
2.Definitions
“App” refers to the Roll Call mobile application, website, and associated services.
“User” refers to any person using the App, including students, professors, administrators, and university representatives.”We,” “Us,” or “Our” refers to the team behind Roll Call.
3.Eligibility
To use Roll Call, you must:
Be at least 18 years old (or have obtained permission from a legal guardian if you are under 18).
Be enrolled in or affiliated with a university or educational institution that supports Roll Call.
4.Account Registration
To access certain features, Users may be required to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

Keep your login details confidential.
Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
5. Use of the App
Roll Call allows Users to:

6.User Conduct
You agree not to:
Misuse Roll Call by submitting false attendance data.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts found in violation of these Terms.
7.Reward System
Roll Call offers a points-based reward system for attendance, which can be redeemed for cash rewards, discounts, or other incentives. The reward system is subject to the following conditions:
Point Allocation: We reserve the right to determine how points are earned, distributed, and redeemed. This may include changes to the number of points awarded per class or activity.
Point Redemption: Points may be redeemed for specific rewards, such as gift cards or discounts, but the available rewards may vary and are subject to change without notice.
Conversion Time: It may take up to 30 days to process the conversion of points into monetary rewards, gift cards, or discount coupons after redemption. We are not responsible for any delays caused by third-party partners.
Reward Availability: Rewards are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any rewards at any time without notice.
We are not liable for any disputes or issues arising from the redemption of rewards or the conversion of points.
8.University and Faculty Integration
For universities and faculty using Roll Call:
We may offer attendance analytics, integration with Learning Management Systems (LMS), and other institutional features.
Universities are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of attendance data and reports generated by Roll Call.
9.Fees and Payments
Certain features of Roll Call may require payment. Payment terms include:
Subscription fees for universities or other institutions.
Fees for accessing advanced analytics or custom integrations.
All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
10.Data Privacy
We are committed to protecting your personal data. By using Roll Call, you consent to our collection and use of data as outlined in our [Privacy Policy]. This includes:

Aggregated data for university reports.
We do not sell or share personal data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
11.Third-Party Services

12.Termination and Suspension of Account
We reserve the right to temporarily or permanently suspend your account and prevent your use of Roll Call if we determine that:
You have shared content that violates these Terms (“Violative Content”).
You have used the App in a way that infringes on another person’s rights.
Your activities on the App do not comply with applicable laws, rules, or regulations.
You have engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise harmful behavior toward other Users, institutions, or Roll Call itself.
If your account is suspended or terminated, you may lose access to any points, rewards, or other benefits associated with your account, and we will not be liable for such losses.
13.Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roll Call is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. This includes but is not limited to:
Loss of rewards or points.
Disputes between students and faculty regarding attendance data.
Technical malfunctions or errors.
14.Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Roll Call, its affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
15.Modifications to the App and Terms
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue Roll Call (in whole or part) at any time without notice. We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. If we make changes that affect your rights or obligations, we will notify you at least 60 days before the updated Terms take effect. If you continue to use Roll Call, you agree to the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the App and our services. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, don’t worry—our lawyers might stress for a moment, but all other provisions will remain in full effect and continue to be valid and enforceable.
16.Governing Law

By submitting content, you grant Roll Call a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, distribute, modify, and display your content within the App to provide services.
Roll Call reserves the right to review, modify, or remove any User-generated content that it deems to be inappropriate, unlawful, or in violation of these Terms.
19.Force Majeure
Roll Call is not liable for any delays or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, wars, pandemics, power outages, or technical failures.
